ⓘ About UlcerGard
UlcerGard is an omeprazole oral paste for horses. It is used to help prevent equine stomach ulcers during times of stress, such as travel, training, competition, stall confinement and changes in routine.
Each ready-to-use oral syringe makes dosing simple, and our multi packs give you better value for regular use.
⚙ How to Use
Check Weight
Find your horse's body weight to choose the correct dose.
Set the Dose
Turn the dosing ring on the plunger to the right weight mark.
Empty Mouth
Make sure there is no feed in the horse's mouth.
Give the Paste
Insert at the corner of the mouth and place paste on the back of the tongue.
Raise the Head
Hold the head up for a few seconds so the paste is swallowed.
Repeat Daily
Give once a day during stressful periods, as the label or your vet directs.
